Owners or operators of already registered private accommodation and other accommodation facilities had to register by 1 January 2024 in order to qualify as first accommodation, providing contact and accommodation details.

According to the legislation in force, the accommodation provider is obliged to send the document issued immediately after the change in the accommodation rating and during the renewal of the accommodation rating to the notary.

The data recorded in the NTAK system must fully match the data contained in the certificate of quality grade and the certificate of registration issued by the municipality.
